Job Description

The Summer Camp Administrative Coordinator Intern will support the daily operations of the Summer Camp Program by assisting with staff coordination, camper supervision, family communication, program logistics, documentation, and resource organization. This role is ideal for someone interested in nonprofit leadership, education support, youth programs, and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily summer camp operations and activities

Support camper, volunteer, and staff supervision

Communicate with families and respond to program inquiries

Assist with staff onboarding, scheduling, and training

Maintain attendance records, files, and program documentation

Organize supplies, educational materials, and camp resources

Support safety procedures and organizational compliance

Assist with volunteer coordination and basic reporting

Help improve camp operations and participant engagement

Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for campers

Qualifications

Must support the mission and vision of WoMen of Connections Ministry Inc.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or three years of relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time-management abilities

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Leadership and team coordination skills

Professional attitude when working with children, families, staff, and volunteers

Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
